Self-Schema is a visual representation of my experience growing up in the 90s as an overweight Filipino-American girl. It explores the contradictions of the American standard of beauty and the cultural expectations placed on young girls.

These includes everything from dinnerware sets and bowls to one-of-a-kind vases and decorative pieces. 

As an artist, I find inspiration in everyday life - especially in the experience of being in the workforce. Through my art, I strive to capture the essence of what it feels like to be a part of the workforce, from the challenges to the rewards. This particular piece is a representation of that experience.

The tile mural I helped create for California State University of San Bernardino is the visual beauty of the San Bernardino valley. Each tile was carefully crafted to tell a story and create an impactful statement. 

I create unique and stunning hand-built sculptures and vessels. Each piece is carefully crafted with attention to detail and a focus on quality and beauty.
